Soft music is featured at the bar Thursday to Saturday from 9 to 11 p.m. Or discover the Guelaguetza folkdance dinner show every Friday from 7 to 10 p.m. at The Chapel Room or The Sinks Garden. Staged in the former convent’s chapel, you will be treated to a delicious dinner buffet laden with typical handcraft markers or “tianguis.” The dances represented in the colorful spectacle are from eight different regions of Oaxaca and are performed by a recognized folk dancing group, accompanied by a traditional brass band.
